DeleteI did! Outrageous it was, too.
My sweater "was" black with tassels on the front. Each tassel was a different color. (Imagine that! That sweater was the height of fashion.) And—a couple of tassels turned out to be very ill placed. I was young and foolish way back then. LOL
Wow! I don't think I've ever seen one with tassels? Got a picture?
