Shirley Wine
For Victoria Scanlan, it's
the chance of a lifetime to secure the commission for the flowers for the
upcoming society wedding until she discovers the groom, Keir Donovan, is the
man she knew as Seth Donahue, her young son's father.
After a lifetime of betrayal
by every female he knows, Keir wants a calm future with heiress Davina
Strathmore. Victoria knows she must tell Keir about their son, but decides to
wait…a decision she quickly comes to regrets. A lie by omission is still a lie,
and after a lifetime of being lied to, Keir has no tolerance for lies…
Congrats on the new release! It sounds fantastic.

DeleteThanks. This book is proving to be my best seller yet. It was a fun book to write and as one reviewer said...a true romance.
Well done, Shirley.

DeleteThanks for popping over and commenting. This is another one of my books now seeing the light of day after languishing in my computer.
Writing is addictive and I never stopped, no matter how often I was rejected.... and then along came Amazon and self publishing... and liberation!
Congratulations, Shirley!
ReplyDeleteSounds very interesting!

DeleteHow kind of you to pop over.
It was a fun and interesting book to write and started life as a snippet of overheard conversation.
Shirley~
ReplyDeleteMajor congrats on your new release! Best of luck with your sales.
Thanks Linda
Deleteit was a book I really enjoyed writing and all through it are snippets of my dad's homespun wisdom.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned...is one.
Thanks everyone.
ReplyDeleteThis was an interesting book to write. It started life as a snippet of conversation overheard in a cafe. Two women discussing an upcoming wedding and did the bride know the groom had a child with another woman....
My writing mind took it and ran with the idea and all the what-ifs surfaced...
Hi Shirley - Lies, deceit and a secret - sounds like a powerful premise. I wish you well with the launch of this novel.

DeleteI am pleased with the response and sales. It is doing well in the US and the UK.
